Born and rise in the Portuguese city of gold Gondomar, Gil Sousa is the third generation of jewelers, and as his father and grandfather began working, with these kind of precious metals, at a tender age.

Art is the idea of this work. According to Aristotle, it is through its idealization that the true essence of the author is found. Gil Sousa, designer and founder of the brand, idealized a different concept of jewelry. Jewelry that would express the vision of its time, but at the same time would carry the timeless in each piece. He found space and need in this market and in 2003 launched GILSOUSA.
The brand would become a reference in national jewelry, setting fashion trends. Over the years, GILSOUSA distinguished itself through its good taste and the sophisticated collections, as well as by the urban character and actuality of each creation.
